The best home closing ever! We have closed on homes 7 times in the past 15 years and using Forward Law was by far the best experience we have had! They came to our home on our schedule and did everything that was needed without all the waiting around.
This group gave me a $10,000 surprise at closing. Asked for the payout amount from selling my townhouse because I was going to use that money towards the down payment of my new house. The attorney ended up making multiple errors when calculating that amount, then never sent me the corrected info. The amount I actually got was $10,000 less than what I was originally told. I understand mistakes happen...but to not let me know of a $10,000 difference?!? Not okay with me.
