I’m really disappointed with the service I received from this consultant. I waited 7 weeks for my physical work permit, and when I called IRCC, they confirmed it had already been sent to the consultant’s office. I contacted the office on Monday, and he told me he was sick but would check the mailbox on Wednesday. I even sent a reminder email.
