Called Forward Diesel to come take a look at our AC system in a limobus. They did show up on time. The mechanic told us he had a busy day and would come back the following day. Never showed up and we were emailed a bill for $771. (????) After refusing payment they then sent a collection agency after us. We strongly suggest anyone to stay clear of this company.

They charged us $1000.00 for U joints. And we purchased our own parts. They quoted us $500.00 one day and on the next day it went up to $600 almost $700.00. Now the bill is due and it's $1,000.00 for u joints. Now they are calling the police on us for theft of service. These people are a ridiculous. Let me just say I a black business woman and the first thing out their mouths was they are calling the police on us because we told them we should not have to pay $1000.00. I call Forward Diesel to adjust my valves and they didn’t have the right tools or did they know what they were doing. I had to read the instructions to him and the engine locked up. I paid them because they said the motor was locked up. Found out it needed to be on top dead center. They would not give money back and I asked it they would adjust my brake sand they laughed at me.

I would not recommend using Forward Diesel Repair LLC around the Houston Texas area this company is a true rip off. I call for roadside service they quoted me for 2 hours and the call-out fee would be $320, I Had An air dryer replaced the part was only $434 from the Volvo dealer where the service tech got the part, I called volvo before he went I told him to get the part before coming to save time. Charged our company for parts double the amount the dealer charges , plus "repaired" something that didn't even need to be touched and without the our approval. Road side technicians were very rude to our driver. Finally sent the repair bill for $1500 for replacing air leveling valve that has 3 bolts, and parts costs 291 plus tax at near by dealer. TRUCKERS DON"T USE THEM!
