Went for a check up today and had a different dentist to my last one at Forward dental care. The guy was pleasant but rather rough very glad it was only a check up !
Booked here for emergency anti biotics this morning due to an infection. Duncan and his lovely dental nurse were absolutely fantastic and after some conversation it was agreed that he would remove the tooth today! I am absolutely petrified of dentist and needles and was shaking really badly. They literally held my hand and extracted my tooth in what felt like moments.. all the while keeping me as calm as they could. Professional and friendly staff. Werner Rademeyer. - I would highly recommend, and a lovely team to welcome you at the front desk. I’ve had treatments - a filling - a preventative treatment to stop damage from grinding my teeth and the new airflow with Beverly (hygienist) Exceptional service.
Absolutely petrified of dentists and I mean tears and shaking and stopping all the time due to a traumatic experience with another dental practice! But I am so grateful to have found this practice. Huda and Tammy make such a good team, huda is very gentle when doing work on your teeth/gums and calming she genuinely tries her best to suit your needs and is very educated, she makes conversation to take your mind off of things and constantly asks if you’re okay and if you’d like to stop. I have been with the practice since it opened, the staff are lovely and very kind and helpful I am a very nervous person and I am put at ease every time I visit and I always get good advice
