I have been a patient for this clinic for a period of time .. and I think the policy here SUCKS ... I missed a few appointments.. so I understand there is a 50 dollar fees . So one time a lady reception called me and say I owe 50 dollar .. so I ask is that all I owe she say yes ... Then 2 weeks ago a guy reception call again .. and said I still have 50 I owe for missing appointment .. I said u guys called me and I paid all already ... I went to Dr. Amanda Lau when she first opened her practice. She was an amazing doctor. Eventually she went on maternity leave and when she came back she had the WEIRDEST and shortest windows of hours she chose to work. I am by no means a constant nag on booking appointments but when something is off and I need attention to it before I worry about something worsening, I get the "She's completely booked for the next 4 weeks". Got subconjunctival hemorrhage on Wednesday and was able to get the same day appointment in the morning. A big thank you to the male staff Marco (if I was correct) who was very professional yet friendly during the appointment booking process. He also provided useful parking information in the area. Last but not least is the doctor whom I saw was very patient.
