Updated review 2025: I’ve updated my review from 2 stars to 5 stars as I’ve experienced immense improvement from the receptionist staff. The new team is caring and polite. I booked an appointment fairly far in advance as there wasn’t much availability. Upon reviewing my notes, I received a call from one of the receptionists that my issue should be addressed sooner and squeezed me in. I've never interacted with these people in-person but on the phone. The receptionist is just like the doctors at this clinic. Terrible. Terrible attitude. They're full of themselves thinking that they're a doctor they are all that. Danni Li has a veryyyy bad attitude. I did not add Dr in front because I don't see her as a doctor. Receptionist give ma a call for appointment, impatient.
Bad service. Got sick after going into the clinic. One of the receptionists did not check me in correctly and led to unnecessary long wait time. She did not apologize and instead gave me a negative attitude.
