Forward Air has an F rating at the Better Business Bureau. My experience is similar to the others. Forward Air lost my shipment and in now ignoring me and not responding to our claim for reimbursement even though it is a small amount.
The Memphis terminal is incompetent. I have a shipment there going on a week now and they have failed twice to deliver during windows of time they said they would. Lots of excuses, zero communication.... I will make sure nothing I order is every shipped by them again.
