To much waiting to get a dock, to much waiting to get to the window to check paperwork or #s. People at the window have other priorities and helping at window is secondary. Them wait again in 3rd line to wait on forklift. Them hope the forklift driver knows where to look for your freight. It could takes hours just to get a little box.
