Worse delivery service experience EVER. First let me start by saying we order fireplaces from a company in MN ALL the time. 15 per year minimum. Normal delivery is 3 days (business). Never had an issue. Then these clowns get involved for the first time. The pickup from MN on Monday 9/5 was canceled, on their end, and they just no showed. Then they show up at closing in MN on Tuesday the 6th. They then moved the receiving date from Friday the 8th to Monday the 11th and give no explanation as to what happens. Hard to find, poorly identified. No signs or instructions. Place is dark at night almost seems completely closed. If your delivery is at forward air/suite C then you need to go past 2500 to 2600 (verita) right at that entrance on your left there’s glass windows and a glass door and that’s where they take your paperwork, looks closed but it’s not
