The guard was nice but my empty trailer wasn't there like it was supposed to be according to EA transpro but I had to stay all weekend over 4th of July because they couldn't find my empty trailer

Rude lady at registration window who appeared to be bothered to talk to people. An old facility doesn’t have to be so dirty and disorganized. Have that lady clean the place if she doesn’t want to work with people!
