You all literally have a terminal right around the corner but you have drivers (19467)at the truck stop just sitting and blocking the fuel isle for an entire hour.
Terrible… Worst customer service. No helpful at all … will charge you on everything left and right
The drivers are horrible will sign for your packages as if they are you and pick them back up. I really hate this company.
Forward air notified me in a timely fashion that my cargo from Saudi Arabia to St. Louis arrived. They were helpful and helping me search for a local customs clearance specialist that specialized and personal belongings. The communication between this company and their partner was poor. I was informed via telephone that my car would arrive on a Thursday which did not occur.
