Your young black lady at gate was so rude calling people coming there stupid. She is acting like I’m coming there everyday know where is receiving office. Is this how Forward Air Freight treat who come to pick up load from them?
Forward Air is the best trucking company in the U.S. They have very convenient location near DFW airport and offer very good services. I have been using their service for many years and every time I am still impressed by the service attitude of their employees.
I’ve picked up loads here. They’re usually very slow. If you definitely don’t want to wait, don’t come here.
