terrible, i can't even get through to their quote department. IE- I can't even do business with them, nobody will talk to me. call in, you get customer service, they finally answer 15min later and seemed confused that you want a quote, then transfer to the "quote department", which just rings forever, never answered. Tried to go online but there is no option for an online quote. I really don't understand how they stay in business.
