Received package from overseas pairs all fees there when I went to pick up it they said we called you to give you the pick up directions, but never received the call. Found that I have to pay $100 for them here wich is I did all fees overseas. The process not clear, team rude I hade fight with employee there and hade to call the police the manager came out side and start yelling and cussing to me. International Package arrived there from family Stayed there for couple days my husband went there drove one hour they said we called the number no one answered, no one called we Ben waiting the call for couple days they laying. My husband have issue with the team there he hade to call the police, the manager went outside and start cussing him and told him the police will do nothing for you, we will half your package. I will give this management and this company zero star for any personal packages.

Amazon Venders should never use such an unreliable company, Ordered some large product, 600lbs. it has been sitting the their center since the 4th of the month, I called then twice to get it schedule only to find out they somehow have the wrong number on the 3rd call to them (number does not match my order), Then after it gets scheduled 1.5 weeks later and we are informed we are scheduled between 9 to 1 but will be closer to the 9am to 10am.
