Don't waste your time go to xpo. Horrible customer service. They charged me a redelivery fee even though it took 6 days to get my load to the destination. Charged me extra for fuel. Reclassified my cargo to the equivalent of soup cans even though it was metal parts and this was all after being the highest price we've paid for shipping. 450 and tacked on an extra 190. Don't bother go to xpo. I paid 247 there. Forward air sucks. Even if you despite the charges they still charge you. Garbage company.

When you stop there you do need to go through the door between gate 16 and 17 to sign in then after that give your paperwork to the hight load driver and drive to gate number 1 for pick up Very nice and fast service

Extremely disappointed with this carrier. My package was delayed 5 days with no valid explanation, completely throwing off my plans. When I contacted customer service for help, the representative was rude, dismissive, and literally yelling instead of trying to resolve the issue. No accountability, no empathy, and no helpful updates—just excuses, if you want delivery on time, stay away from this carrier, I strongly recommend avoiding this carrier.

I received my shipment partially carried by Forward Airlines in Michigan. I am satisfied with their cordial support and prompt response. Actually my shipment was from an middle eastern country as well as a middle eastern airline towards Michigan. From New York to Michigan carried by Forward Airlines. Andrea and Cristina communicates with me and quick replies for my queries. My shipment was from outside of US, that's why I had to do custom clearance. Andrea support me necessarily document's and relevant information.
