Friendly, timely, very good
I was assured by both Samsung and Forward Air that my shipment would be received on a certain day. The only difference between the two was Samsung stated it would arrive by 11am and Forward Air stated it would be between 2 and 6. I contacted Forward Air shortly after 2 and was told the delivery driver was at stop 4 and I was 6. So, they would be here closer to 6. I contacted again just after 6 and they were closed.
