Painful user experience an complete waste of money. Hopefully they can realize soon that engineers do not understand how to create a good experience humans, otherwise this company is never going to make it.
It appears the Scottsdale location is no longer active. I selected it as my forward location and was never notified it was closed. Showed up today at Scottsdale fashion mall for the carepod and it was closed with no notification that it was closed on the store window. Couldn't get to speak to a live person when called and never got a call back... Will give it one more chance and travel to Chandler location that now appears to be the only location identified on their website. Very unprofessional.
Responsive, I had not seen my previous Dr since covid, and he was not filling my prescription. They have done blood tests, skin scan, genetics, caught up my vaccines, and filled my prescription. Bit expensive at $95 a month. They are on the ground floor next to the Shake Shack in Scottsdale Fashion Mall
I joined Forward last year and have been VERY pleased and satisfied with the decision I made. My health has definitely improved with the attention, compassion and expertise the doctors have give me in person, in the app, and with virtual appointments. The staff are very responsive and accommodating, with professional answers to my health dilemmas. They make situations much more preventive rather than reactive and that means a great deal to me. I feel there's a gap between the services Forward Health promotes and what is actually delivered, particularly regarding typical injuries and prescribed medications. I am not seeking any undue advantage; kindly refrain from making me feel otherwise. Especially since I’m paying a monthly fee for a concierge service.
