I am a convert to this new era subscription based healthcare system. The staff is very good and the tech is great. The fact that I can get answers to medical things I am wondering about 10 minutes after I ask (via the app chat feature) is unprecedented. I will continue to use Forward. I really do love the service and the detailed data.

I love the personalized care and the respect that the doctors show me as they know that I know how to read my labs and that I am actively learning how my diet and lifestyle affect my health. Standard of care dismisses this and I now have a medical team who doesn't dismiss it. I love the technology.

I love how human, accessible and "real" your doctors are. And every time I have reached out with a concern your response is prompt and helpful. Awesome to have a team keeping me healthy so I can truly enjoy my life!

I liked their app based concept and initial conversation about how everything is covered mostly with your monthly fees. I wanted to try but as soon as I signed up I realized how difficult it is to get an appointment. Once you schedule there is no way you can cancel it or reschedule it. You can only chat with customer care with no phone number to connect and discuss your concerns. They charge you monthly but appointments for any lab works or in person are not available for months.
