Using public transport, I was 30 minutes late for my appointment because my bus did not come. They forced me to cancel. You can take their side, and ignore this review, I understand that. I don’t have any other availability for the month. It cost me $50 with train/bus/uber. To not even be able to speak to a human in person. I requested to cancel my service. My experience with both the team at the Huntington location and the support folks has been outstanding. The tools and programs in place have accelerated taking a more active role in my healthcare. I can tell you it has only been a month and I know for sure this has been one of the smartest decisions I have made. Dr. Kennedy is absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to. The technology they are using is incredible. I am sure I have not even touched the surface with them. The app is very intuitive giving you access to the team 24/7. You have all of your blood work at your finger tips. I could not be happier and look forward (excuse the pun) to working with them! Thank you!

Doctor prescribes meds that have a major interaction with my current med and will not take ownership for it. I would not trust them with my care.
