I joined Forward thinking it would make healthcare easier. I was wrong. If I wanted quicker service, I could have rejoined Kaiser (joke, because Kaiser is super slow.). In person appointments for anything were over two weeks out. They took 5 days to review a lab request just to tell me Forward would not be able to fully cover. I could have completed all the labs myself much faster than the time it took for them to get back about coverage. Then the appointments were 15+ days out. Please stay away from Forward. After being a long time members, I have encountered so many problems with their chat feature. You end up talking to someone forever who ends up messing up, like ordering the wrong lab tests for you or having you come in for an appointment that is unnecessary. I have spoken to many senior operations people from their office after a frustrating incident and have given them so numerous times to improve but only to have the incidents get worst.
