Dr Cadet has been fantastic. Finally feel like I am proactively managing my health opposed to reactively. The team is very responsive, even get responses on Sunday evening. Much different than UMass. Forward is a great additional to managing my health. I never feel rushed on my appointments and after my appointments the app has all the information uploaded and organized. This location does not accept you if you are a commuter from outside of Massachusetts (specifically New Hampshire residents) as of the date of this posting. I love the mix of technology and healthcare. The office location is so convenient. The entire staff does a great job. I would recommend this place to family and friends.
This nightmare started 16 months ago. This guys send me outdated equipment and broken. I try to contact them but no luck, they never answer your call. I send them emails and same thing. But they keep taking money of my bank account every month. Good luck if you want to cancel this service, it's impossible! Horrible experience! Stay away from this company or you will regret it, just like me! BAD SERVICE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!
I absolutely love everything about Forward! Being a person without health insurance is tough when you're chronically in pain. For the first time in my life, doctors appointments and blood work are accessible. I'm able to be seen by a doctor who actually makes me feel heard and cared about. There is a chat available 24/7 that I can use whenever I have questions about my healthcare.
