My mom stayed there for a month, and the doctors and staff were generally approachable. The facility was clean, and the food was good. Over the past couple of years, my mom has also stayed at Parkwood and the Lodge at Bear Creek in Grapevine. Compared to those facilities, this one provided a better overall experience. This is a review for the long term care side of this nursing home. The short-term Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy side is not mentioned in this review. My mother lived at this facility for two years. While daytime care was generally adequate, nights and weekends were consistently poor and neglectful. For over a year, I raised concerns specifically about evening and weekend care, yet these issues went unaddressed and showed no meaningful improvement. The staff was so caring and very helpful The front desk to the gym everyone was outstanding. If I needed anything the nurses or anyone that would pass through was very helping. I recommend any and everyone to try forum Parkway rehabilitation facility
