The facility is nice and well kept. My 82 year old dad was at this facility approximately 3 months. My family didn't have many facilities to choose from since my dad was a trach patient. We chose this facility due to location, and it was well kept. The staff did an okay job. Some that stood out and went above and beyond for my dad were: CNAs (Torina and Pride). They do awesome work! This facility is harassing me because my daughter put my name down as her emergency Contact. Now they are sending me a bill and threatening to send it to collections. I called them to explain that I have never used their facility and they rudely hung up on me. So be careful when you visit a friend, they will send you the bill.

Short staffed, left laying for hours with wet clothing while staff is standing around chatting. Food is always cold. Hot dogs for supper? What kind of place serves hot dogs for supper? How did this place get a 5 star rating??

Word of caution. The PT administrator and assistant are not above lying to the state investigator about their practices. The administrator is rude and belligerent. No way he can resolve an issue through investigation. His teams lies are truths to him. My friend is there and was deemed incontinent and incompetent. PT refused to properly assist him. He is now walking after a massive heart attack and 2 strokes. Nurses, CNA’s, OT, speech therapy and everyone else has been supportive and friendly. And I have videos!!!! It is sad ... read more

A friend of mine stayed here when they broke their hip. They told me the food was always cold. Some of the aids were rude like when my friend called for help. The aid would come in and some would say what do you want I am busy! Some just had a attitude that my friend was afraid to call for anything. The aids looked annoyed they had to do work. Pain pills and other pills were always late because the aids never tell the nurses that they needed the pills or nurses forgot about them. When they were able to move every time they w... read more
