Awful products. Do not buy anything from these people got a fog machine from them opened it up and no remote control no way of operating unit so I called them and they told me they can't help me because I'm not a dealer so they are not going to fix what they're quality department shouldn't have let out of the warehouse in the first place. Took product back and bought one from Wal-Mart at least I know they will help me if their product is junk
