The doctors here are great! The employees are really what makes this place. Never had a problem with billing and thanks to tele-health options, scheduling is a breeze.
This place has the worst and most confusing system and the worst customer service I've ever experienced from any health care provider. In order to schedule an appointment I had to spend well over an hour to complete their initial medical history form. Okay, I understand they want to be thorough. The problem was that after I completed the form, their system lost half of it and I had to do it AGAIN! Even after I did everything I was supposed to do, their online scheduling system didn't work. Its such a shame that this place has such terrible front office staff because the doctor is great and so friendly. My card was charged $500+ dollars then they called me back and stated that they had to charge me again because they had a issue with their payment portal and charged me again now i am out $1000!!!! instead of the normal amount i was told. Of course, cant get ahold of anyone!
I had an amazing experience with the team here! They were friendly, prompt, informative and overall made my experience great.
