Not happy with this doctors surgery anymore, I asked for a telephone appointment at 840am this morning to be told that you were at full capacity, try next week, no do you know what I can't be asked with any of the doctors here anymore, I will just put up with the tablets I am currently taking.
I do not feel that my health issues are being addressed appropriately and taken seriously. I have been refered on to further care on what should have been a urgent referral however was put through as routine. I had to ring the surgery to adress the concern and it was changed. However i have waited 12 months to be seen in two different departments at UHCW. Absolute disgrace
I rang up to find out about my referral for ADHD/autism I gave permission for them to speak to my wife on my behalf, the woman on reception was very rude and told me that they could not speak to my wife and had to speak to me i’ve been told that if you’re over 25, you can’t be referred throughthe Nhs anymore you’ve got to go private. The reception staff could do with retraining on how to deal with people because they are really rude and talk to me. I suffer with Afib and since returning from my holiday I have felt unwell. The surgery have been amazing, getting me in ASAP and putting my mind at rest regarding my health.. I can't thank the doctors enough......
