I have been very well acquainted with this place since I was a child, and I am almost 50 years old. When Mr. Hale was the manager, the place was extreme well cared for. After he left, it went downhill.
I've owned since November 1989. Quite, private but the new property manager Iris La Belle is awful. Lies.
Was a great place to live. Management changed and Iris the new mgr is awful. There’s better condo options in Corpus Christi.
Rip Selena we will miss you almost 30 years
