I had a mechanical failure and needed a quick tow to a mechanic shop. I called 48 and spoke with Mr. Fox, he was prompt and professional. I unfortunately broke down in a town that I was unfamiliar with and Mr. Fox was patient and kind even though I made him drive around in circles to find my car.
