Horrible place, family member fell they did not call the ambulance instead they said go to the hospital, be careful here they do not care about your wellbeing
I'm usually not a gambler but I came to visit and just love the atmosphere there, the girl at the register with the freckles is so nice, polite and friendly and have been there 3times since opening and it's always so nice.
Terrible!! Don’t waste your money here many other gambling places more friendly! I have been twice no one says hi or offers you a drink while your gaming… and it’s not just me I watched 3 people come in and girl behind counter was just on phone doesn’t say hi or goodbye doesn’t offer a drink has a huge attitude go elsewhere in Melrose park!
