Exceptional professionalism from beginning to end. Even though I chose not to go ahead with the battery installation for personal reasons, Fredrick Roger was supportive, patient, and genuinely helpful the whole way through. I’ll be going back to them when the timing is right.

This was a five star review but after recent events I have changed it to a one star, because Google won't allow me to give them less. About 7 weeks after the installation my inverter stopped working and I was unable to use the power my panels were generating or the power stored in my batteries. It took these clowns a month to resolve the issue and send someone out to replace the inverter. A week after that inverter was installed, it has started reporting the same fault. You can ask why a 1 star review... well the install went well but a couple of years on when a warranty issue has come up, they have just egnored me and won't replay to calls or emails.. GoodWe said to go back to the installer to get it fixed but they won't do anything, even thoug both are in the email chain... I Now have Penrith Solar coming to fit this issue for me... Great Job Fortune Solar. I guess I get Penrith Solar to install my battery for me too now!!!
