Fortune Solar was a incredible choice for my family Frank the gentleman who helped me through the whole process showed great expertise and got the system installed the same day as payment was made the installers turned up with 6 highly trained installers and had the job completed in under 2 hours and everything cleaned up on site. I am very grateful with my choice of Fortune Solar who are a great progressive Australian company thank you to everyone at the company

I recommend staying away from this company or at least to proceed with caution when engaging this company for solar battery installation. They were very responsive and helpful before I committed to the job. However, communication dropped significantly after payment. I had to follow up multiple times just to confirm an installation date, as the salesperson became much less responsive once I had committed. had a very disappointing experience with Fortune Solar. Initially, everything went smoothly until the full payment of approximately $11,000 was made. However, after receiving the full amount, the level of professionalism dropped significantly. The installation was cancelled four times by their team within a short period. This caused major inconvenience, including taking time off work multiple times. They provide an installation date and 2 months later was still not installed. Then booked a date and never showed up. In the end simple refunded the money as they had no idea of when they would install. Extremely disappointed and disrespectful. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
