I’ve just had a battery and solar panels installed by Fortune Solar, and I have absolutely no regrets. The entire experience was outstanding, and I truly felt I had the best team at my disposal. I recommend staying away from this company or at least to proceed with caution when engaging this company for solar battery installation. They were very responsive and helpful before I committed to the job. However, communication dropped significantly after payment. I had to follow up multiple times just to confirm an installation date, as the salesperson became much less responsive once I had committed. Very happy with how quickly things progressed from quote to operational system.
The Fortune Solar group did a great job for us at a very keen price. Sean efficiently shepherded us through the whole process from quote to completion. The installation team were super, Victor, Gary, and Joe worked hard to set up our system exactly as we wanted. Highly recommend the Fortune team.
These guys were great up until you make a deposit. Sales team don’t return calls, installation guys even worse. Had a battery finally installed with some incompetent people and decided to leave all the rubbish behind. (15 large boxes). Was also invoiced for a smoke alarm which was never installed. Fortune solar never get back to you when you have any issues. Don’t not waste your time and money with this company.
