Authenticity through the roof! Would come back just for the vibes. Food was solid (7/10) without vibes and nostalgia
In Los Angeles, there’s a restaurant called Jin Hai that specializes in authentic Tianjin cuisine. They have just about everything on the menu. I highly recommend their pork and green onion buns—8 for $12, which is an incredibly generous price, probably a world record for value. Each bun is about twice the size of the ones you’d typically find in Tianjin. Absolutely amazing!
