AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Fortune Moving owner inconsiderate beyond belief. They were working next door in our business complex and left their truck blocking our parking spots for 48 hours. When they finally moved the truck after multiple complaints, the driver knowingly left with the liftgate DOWN, scratching our entire parking lot and street. We had very good experience moving our personal effects and furniture with Fortune Moving. KJ, the owner, stopped by our house in advance to assess the volume, and then the move started at exactly scheduled time, and ended within the time promised. Everything was done efficiently, and carefully, with a great care shown for the furniture and house. It all went very smoothly and my wife and I have been very happy with the results.

One of the Mexican worker stole our electric drill， he used my drill for taking off curtains, I regretted giving him tips when they finish moving for us. I ask the owner for it, but the owner just doesn’t wanna care about this, his attitude is bad. Until now I can’t find my power drill

One of the worker broke my ceiling pendant light …if it’s just the lightbulb, sure, I can get a new lightbulb not a big deal. But it’s the glass that was broken, so I have to buy a new pendant light AND call the technician to install (they have to break wall a little bit and then patch/paint it back once they are done).
