My grandma loves to take us to this place! Th Fortune House is a chinese-style buffet. They offer appitizers, entrees, soups, salad and dessert. Everything I have ever tried there was great. The service was also very good at this resturaunt. My grandma lives close by and loves to take us here when we come to town. From what I remember, they are a little pricey for this style of resturaunt, but worth it for the occasional meal.

Delicious food, but the best part is the friendly owners and staff. They are helpful, attentive and nice. An enjoyable place for a tasty meal!

Fantastic lunch buffet during the week. Very friendly staff and owners, especially once you get to know them. The best Chinese food in the whole area! High quality food, unlike the buffet style places.

Great Place To Eat & Work – I've had the pleasure of working at the Fortune House for Paul & Kaying Hang for nearly 2 years now. It is by far one of my favorite jobs ever. This place is truly a gem in this tiny little town of ours. We have many, many repeat customers who, even after nearly 20 years still can't get enough of the Fortune House food. This restaurant is still open; just call their phone number – I had the misfortune to arrive when the electricity was off, so I did not get a whole meal. The egg rolls, though, are excellent. Restaurant is open every day except Monday, I believe.

Is the same one that closed in Lansing? – I have never eaten at the Fortune House in Owosso...but the one in Lansing ROCKED...I miss it soooo much...Does anyone know if they ever reopened anywhere else???

closed... – this restaurant has been closed for some time now... it has been closed for at least one year minmum
