The building leaks when it rains.
Working with Fortune Construction was one of the biggest regrets I have for the construction of our home. We are tornado survivors from the March 2020 tornado in Nashville. Jim sold himself and Fortune construction as a top notch, motivated, professional business man and has proved to be anything besides those qualities. The contract we initially agreed to stated our home would be done in 7 months with some wiggle room as construction can go longer than projected. It took Fortune 16 months to complete our home.
