Beware folks! Final bill was almost $600 more than the original estimate. They never called my daughter to inform her of the increase. Bad business!!!

Will never go to them again. Customer service was awful. They couldn't explain the repairs they did to my car. They increased the estimate that they gave me and failed to tell me until after repairs were done. If you tell me it's going to cost a certain amount you need to notify me if something changes.
What a great bunch of people!!!! I hope to never see them again....but if I DO need a body shop, I'll be going back to Fortune!
I just pulled out with my car and I must say I'm happy with the work. The issues I had were resolved shortly after voicing a concern. Nice staff and great results thank you.
When I turned in my rental at Enterpise I was told that Fortune Collision had paid for the extra days beyond what my insurance would cover & that I would be getting a refund of my deposit. Today my bank statement reflected several charges from Enterprise on various days totalling $369.50 & my bank has charged me with $64 in overdraft charges so far because of it.
