Love this local family owned Italian market~food is excellent & always fresh. Their homemade mozzarella (that they make at last 3 times a day) is hands down the absolute best (that I have had at least). I usually have just enough to use it for what I am cooking because I nibble on it throughout the day!
The best decision I ever made! If any one has been in Italy and had the good fortune of tasting the REAL mozzarella, preferably produced in the southern part of italy (Puglia), you will be brought back instantly once you bite into the mozzarella that Fortunato's produce... NO KIDDIN'
