Very pleased with our concrete pool replastering done by Fortunato. After a bad algae opening and related staining, and many years of owning our home, James met with us and proposed the replastering process. This company says what it will do, puts that in a written contract, and then delivers on the promises. Julie was our office contact and an excellent communicator. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! My Husband and I purchased our home with an older gunite pool/spa that the previous owners clearly did not take care of. Fortunately, we managed to get one summer with the pool, but desperately needed to redo everything. James and his team did an excellent job with our pool renovation. The plaster, tile and coping look beautiful. James and his team were available for any questions or concerns we had from the initial estimate all through the startup of the pool. Would highly recommend this company.

I met with james onsight and received a detailed quote promptly...a wonderful knowledgeable man. Somehow, I couldn't seem to get ahold of him for additional questions maybe due to it being the busy season and tbh I did have a lot of questions.
