Ms. Melody Fortunato is such a great attorney she challenges anyone without fear and she is going to do her best to work hard for her clients, she is honest, she gets the job done she has a heart of gold, and she cares about her clients, she knows the law, she work by the book. Watch out for Melody she is a scammer. She stole over $3000 from me from my retainer fee. Her staff not only neglected my case, making mistakes from motions to not giving me hearing dates. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Melody did nothing that we agreed upon in our retainer. She was supposed to help me establish Child Support, help me receive my daughters passport, Which she did none of these things, but ran through my retainer fee only responding to the other parties motions.
