Hotel Hugo which is one of the hotels owned by this group is a poorly managed and overrated hotel. Advertised pictures are misleading as there is no outside terrace on the rooftop bar. It is actually an adjacent restaurant which is permanently closed. Hotel is run down , understaffed and poorly maintained. Management is untrained and unprofessional. There are no services offered in this hotel. Including no security or crowd control for the rooftop bar.
