Very disappointing customer service. I’m not sure whether I was speaking with the receptionist or the owner, but the interaction came across as arrogant and unprofessional. The way I was treated showed a lack of respect and poor customer care. I expected to be spoken to politely and have my concerns handled professionally, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. I hope you take customer service more seriously in the future.
The owner is a knowledgeable, nice, and skilled barber. Highly recommend. Thanks for the brief consultation with the haircut!
