John Fortuna and his family were wonderful when my Aunt Dolores passed away. They treated her and our family with the utmost respect. We were so worried about how she would look (prior bad experiences at other funeral homes) but MaryAnn did a wonderful job! Dolores looked beautiful! We are grateful for their support and care during this most difficult time.
Fortuna has managed the after care of 3 of my family members in the past couple years. They were very accomodating, compassionate & reasonable. I very much appreciated their flexibility, assistance & the end result of the memorial of my father, especially. Thank you for making a terrible experience, somehow positive, for what it is.
