I would like to begin by saying the customer service was truly exceptional. What initially started as a disappointment was quickly turned into a wonderful and memorable experience. I was looking for goth glam bridal shower arrangements, but with no inspo photos to convey what I was looking for. They knocked it out of the park. The pieces came out exactly as I was hoping: a little rustic, a little spooky, a little glam, very unique, and perfect for the bride and the venue. We could not have been happier.
