I was really impressed by Fortuna! It’s such a chill, unpretentious spot, with seating outside as well as in the back garage area. The sandwiches were delicious and definitely worth the price. We tried the first two sandwiches on the menu and would highly recommend both. The stracciatella and mozzarella made them incredibly rich and creamy, and the fig spread was such a great addition, it added just the right amount of sweetness and worked really well with the other flavors and the delicious bread.

These sandwiches are on another level. As someone with a very iffy digestion - not celiac but bread sensitive, on account of glyphosate, dwarf wheat hybridization and the other weird things they do to bread in this country - I was overjoyed to hear and then taste the quality of this bread, grown from French wheat. To call this place a sandwich shop is insulting! What a sandwich! Piled high with meat and cheese. Incredible crunchy bread, which is homemade, One fantastic, incredible Sandwich!! I'm allergic to gluten-free bread and they told me I could bring my own bread in and they would still make me a sandwich ... Their bread looks fabulous and though I couldn't eat it I can inly imagine what it tasted like. The smell when you walk into the place is nothing but pure bliss! I tried the soup and My oh My! What flavor! Go check them out!
Hands down, the best sandwich shop I’ve ever been to! The staff is so kind and the sandwiches are beyond delicious!
