I was referred to Fortress Gym in 2023 and I am so thankful I became a member! The trainers are highly trained in the field/extremely knowledgeable, very supportive and encouraging. The group of ladies are fun with all levels of experience from beginners (like me) to more advanced. The cost is very reasonable, especially for all the classes available!
This place isn't just a gym, it's a sisterhood. Carrie and Whitney are fantastic trainers that will make every workout challenging yet attainable for ladies at all fitness levels. You leave not only healthier and fitter, but also empowered.
Carrie & Whitney truly have a passion for fitness and helping women achieve their goals. I have never felt more comfortable and confident at a gym. I’ve deadlifted, squatted, pushed and pulled more weight than I ever have… I would have NEVER done that without the knowledge and encouragement from Carrie!
