I would give them a ZERO if I could. Renewal came up and I did not like quote but had to wait until 30 days from renewal date to get quotes from other companies which I did and when I found better quote sent them email telling them I was not renewing with them, still 25 days to renewal date and my rep sat on it with no action which allowed old company to collect my escrow thankfully I went into their website and cancelled my automatic pay for my auto Insurance or they would have got payments for my auto too.
