From the first time that we met with Tony with Fortress Security & Alarms to the completion of our installation it was a 100% positive experience. They are very understanding, respectful, knowledgeable, professional and go above and beyond to make sure they meet your every need. Would recommend them for any job large or small. They bring you much peace of mind.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I have ever had with a service provider. I moved in 2023 and spent months trying to get my existing security system properly reinstalled at my new home. The original owner, Curtis, never followed through. We recently had a very large install done and it was a great experience. With the new security system I am able to protect my customers storage units and know what is going on at my business at all times. The team was professional, knowledgable, and efficient on the install. The plans we put together for the install on what was needed was pretty simple they coordinated all of the details.
