Putting the order in on the website and receiving the unit went well and without any problems. The unit came with all the sensors pre-programmed in the correct zones just as advertised. The box that the main unit came in has some typos and mis-spellings like someone didn’t perform a spell-check before sending the boxes to be printed. I also noticed that there were mis-spellings within the units software itself. This company is a joke. Sent the wrong security system. Cost me to recieve it and send it back. I called and complained about the wrong system and was told that's to bad that's what I had ordered. Then they just hang up the phone. Don't waste your money on this company or it's product.
We spent over $700 and the system has so many flaws that we never felt safe in our home. The alarm would go off for no reason and scare the children, the keypad (that we had already replaced once) never worked, so we always had a hard time disarming. Wifi system is a hassle, the batteries lasted a couple months and we never knew which ones were dead unless we checked each door and window. DO NOT BUY THIS SYSTEM. it's the biggest piece of junk I've ever owned. It sounds like a tonka truck, it disarms itself while you're just sitting on the couch, and you just press the unlock button to disarm it. The point of a security system is to feel safe and this does the exact opposite. Also have the worst customer service ever. I should've know it was junk when their return policy is that you pay to ship it back and for a 10% restocking fee. So now I'm paying $40 because they sold me something that doesn't work.
