This is a not a good company at all. Very bad customer service as they work mostly from voicemail, cant cancel reoccurring billing as they set you up this way, and they accuse you of things that never happen to keep auto billing your account. There might be better options for you and your business.
Needed assistance with alarm system not functioning correctly at 9:30pm CST. System was just fine today until then. I've never had to call after hours but it turns out there's no one to speak to and you just get a voicemail. Still waiting on a call back. Fortress was good when we got our system from them 14 years ago but since they got bought by some fly by night outfit called "Pye-Pan", their service went into the toilet.
