We have been waiting for months to get our roof replaced. Since around 11/2024. We were told it would be around September or October before they can get to us. They say they are behind. I want to say first of IF I offend anyone..im so very sorry..it has been a long process..But the owner and her daughter took the time to come to my home..and explained what had occurred..and to know they were there every step of the way..till the end. Back in late December of 24 Fortress roofing canvassed my neighborhood and they told me they could help me get my roof replaced. Almost going on 7 months at this point. They haven't delivered any material or even scheduled to replace my roof. I've given them $14,611 and they won't even answer the phone. They sent me an email asking for $3700 more and when I refused they said no one should have ever asked for more money and proceeded to ask for $2500. They are scammers, they have horrible business practices and you should not... read more
Would 100% use again for my next roofing project. Did a great job, Michele (the owner) always communicated with me if I had any questions throughout the process. Job was done quickly with little mess. Workers did a great job as well. Very pleased with Fortress, was absolutely the right company for what I needed.
I received a call from the owner to resolve the problem. I can appreciate her effort to correct any misunderstanding that had taken place. My experience with this company has been HELL I was mislead in signing what I thought was permission to check my roof not for them to work. My mother had just passed I asked Tom to wait I wasn't ready to do business I was already distraught. They are now harassing me saying I owe them 20% I advise anyone doing business with them have a lawyer you will need it they are out for money at all... read more
