Currently employed with fortress. They are a strong family oriented company who truly care for their employees. They have a willingness to work with their employees when problems arise. Never had an issue with ownership. Like any other company there are employees who don't work out. Damage of equipment, no call no show and walking off the job is frowned upon. The owners were willing to work with employees in the past because of issues they were facing in life, but have tightened up on this recently after being burnt too many... read more
