Timothy Nemeth is one of the worst analysts I have ever worked with and I would not recommend him to anyone. He is not only incredibly unprofessional and rude but he also does not follow through to show up on calls that were scheduled. You have to email him 3-4 times over a month period before he responds. It is a shame and truly embarrassing that he is able to represent anyone.

I had Fortress malpractice insurance. I didn’t have any issue with them until I moved and had to cancel my policy. It has been such a long, complicated, and tiring cancelation process. Took about 2 weeks for the actual policy cancellation from the date I sent the request. Multiple emails and phone calls to multiple people (who kept transferring me to different departments) and I still have no idea when my refund will be issued 2 months later.
